3 Mile race- 15:18, new pr!
about 4 miles cool down.
Finally. Thats all I can really say. Its been a long time comming but I finally had that race ive been looking for. I ran comfortably and relaxed to a 15:18 3 mile, win, and course record. Im really pumped about the rest of my team. Naseem ran awesome, we went 1-2 and he also went under 16 minutes with a 15:42. The rest of the top 5 also had HUGE pr's. Im looking ahead to Bull Run now with loads of confidence and high expectations.
*Note- Warm up easily for 10 minutes from now on because I felt great.
