Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
5 min warm up, workout 1, 15 min aqua jog, workout 2, 15 min lap swim, 5 min underwater swim, 5 min cool down.
Tried a new underwater swim. Did what Ethan suggested and just swam until i couldnt hold my breath any longer, took a breath, and then kept going. I feel like it worked.
Hips upstairs, hammies and quads downstairs, and then back up to stretch and ice. Hurdles werent out, so I couldnt get onto those. It has been a while...
Night run tonight to get in 5 days. Also Ill do abs then. Probably going to rest thursday and sunday. friday and saturday will be longer runs.
