Weather: so close to perfect but a little hot
Comments:
Well. Today was the second day all this season that I took a water bottle to school, and oh man. I'm not sure if that made the difference in how I felt today but I felt so good.
And I was super nervous because I was feeling really yucky right before we started but I just found my happy place and drowned out everything else.
And I can't help being a little disappointed....but Rusty is so right. I just need to focus on now instead of the past. So thanks coach for screwing my head on straight.
Oh and the first mile and the last .5 mile are guesses. I know the first one was 6:40 something and the last one was 30 something. So I just estimated..But the second 2 miles I know are right.
