Rainy Day Run/ Back to the basics

Weather: Rain, Rain, go away come again some other day

Comments:
Ran early today. I feel so much more productive when I get up early and get stuff done. Ran alone today out to Warrensville. It rained on and off for most of the run. Sometimes harder than others. Just kinda got used to it and I never got completely drenched which was nice. Jammed to my ipod and ran real slow becasue my legs are pretty tired today. And switching to a new sleep schedule is making me tired a little bit. It'll be better in a while once I get used to it though. The ice bath was closed which pissed me off.
6 striders (100m stride, 100jog) on indoor track
Static 1, roll, pick 8 abs x 36, hurdle drills, hip stuff (2sets), ankle stuff, pushups, pullups and dips, 15min ice of upper quads (sorest place on me)
