Out on North Park at about 8:30. Put on my head lamp and hit the trails like it was light out. Felt pretty good. Nice to go out and clear my mind and relax for a bit. I could tell my hip was tight, but I tried to stay up straight and use my hamstrings to equalize. I felt like I was cruising through the mist. I was thinking to myself that everyday I am out training for track and everyone else isnt, I am getting the advantage. I need to keep that in mind...
