Felt good running, felt great stretching!!
Did strides during the 9th/10th mile, hope that's ok.
Friday night before bed: 61 bpm
Saturday morning 10 minutes after waking: 62 bpm
Ok, that makes more sense...
Didn't do abs. This week was the first time I have really done abs since early in the season. Probably bad.
Tried to run near 8 minute pace without making myself tired. I ran fast at some points and slow when I felt like slowing down (or wasn't paying attention). Tried to incorporate the field hills often! Followed the course and did random zig zags and went into the cool woods places! Wanted to get at least 11 but had to make it in time for dinner, I felt badly I wasn't in the range! Do I need a 13-14 miler? I haven't done one for a while
