Weather: nice and cool
Comments:
Man, tough fartlek type workout. Shouldn't have been tough but it was for me at least. Fartlek was 3 sets of 6 mins. hard and 6 mins. easy. Didn't warmup well, and didn't feel like going sort of fast, which was around 6:15 to 6:30 pace. Well, good run anyways, felt good about keeping up with the team. Ready for Octoberfest.
