Weather: Kinda cold
Comments:
Felt really good throughout. Tried to keep a comfortable pace without worrying about time. Some hot spots on ball of both feet--trying to squeeze 500 miles out of old shoes before retiring them. Stomach a bit funny for a couple of the middle miles but not bad. Took Gel at 6 miles and drank about 25oz water 10oz Gatorade. Will ramp up for a big 18 on the weekend.
