3:15pm; a lap on JCU's track and back w/ Grogan, Hewitt, Fudge Popsicle, and Corey. then looped on NP with different groups of people until I got around 15 miles, and mapping shows I estimated well. felt a lot stronger than finishing the 19.5 miler last weekend. stretch, pushups
