WU to MLK
7 mile tempo, goal: first 1/2 at 5:40-5:50, then cut down, check Chris Kelly's splits
6*200 relay format, about :75 rest between 200s
CD w/ Grese back to Veale, light stretch, COC

CoachL told us to do hold our normal pace (~5:45ish) going out and kick it up coming back if we were feeling it. 7 person group for the first half. I had to remove a rock from my shoe during the 3rd mile then made up about the 10 lost seconds. Chris and I rolled on the way back, not too happy with how I yo-yo'ed from Chris instead of running steady but oh well, good total time.
