Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Nice day to run. Got pretty cool while we were running and it hit me at the end
Comments:
Down to MLK for 7 mile tempo #2 of the year. Felt okay going in. My legs are still tired so I didn't know exactuly how things were going to go. CoachL said we were to stay on the pace trhough half way and then we could streach it out a little if we wanted the last half. Pretty much did that. Just ran out. Picked it up a little effort wise to hold pace into the wind along the lake. Kept that effort pace the whole way back which made the way back significantly faster than the way out. Pretty good workout overall. I'm pretty happy with how it went down. Just ran tempo effort on the way back. 200's repeat style after ward. Pushed them a little and tried to focus on how I want to finish races without killing myself. Missed taking my heart rate afterward.

Slept: loosely approx at 6 hours. I shouldn't have had those 2 hershey bars right before bed
