Comments:
bleh...tried to tempo with mike perisia and john frye, i cramped up in my upper right ab and it was awful, I was not planning on tempoing and stupidly did not drink any fluids all day i was probably dehydrated which is why i got the cramp but it still sucked none the less, this is frustrating
