supposed to be 1k repeats, did a fartlek instead. my legs are so tired!

did 4 loops at Ewing. felt kind of in the way since people were doing their intervals, but oh well.

jr high girls complimenting the guys on their abs haha.

the fartlek felt ok, but it was still hard.
1 min on, 1 min off, 2 min on, 2 min off, 1 min on, ...

glad I didn't do the intervals
