Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We all started practice real late. Just ran out to the 2.5 with a bunch of people and back with Brandon. Leg felt tight, but held together. Good session down in the training room after. Also a decent stretch. Ice bath was really nice too. Got out late and had to go to qdoba.
Try a 6 mile long run tomorrow.
This was the end of a really tough week. I got beat up in school and beat up in practice. Got to keep my head up and keep pushing on.
