Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
run on fields, foot felt alright. toes still hurt a bit but they did not get worse as i started to run. then i ran in water for 6 min and then i realized that the resistance of the water against my toes were kind of hurting them. so i went and biked for 20min at a pretty good clip.
