Resting HR: 48. Didn't sleep that well last night.
After Aehle's Medtronic presentation and Coach's nutrition talk, glad that the track meeting was not about going over the track schedule, but the nutrition talk was mostly common sense, drills.
N Park, Lee, S Park, Shaker, W Park, S Park, Brook, N Park, S Park, Lee, N Park, Brook, S Park, W Park, Shaker, S Park, Lee, N Park, Brook, S Park With the first group, 6 * 1 min w/1 min off, 4 * 4 min w/2 min off, 10 * 30 sec/30 sec off, alternating 1 minute and 4 minute intervals, last minute interval, 3 min recovery, 30 second intervals, toward the back especially in the early intervals, felt pretty good and tried to focus on form and eye discipline, led the 7th 30 second interval, workout went well enough though.
