Resting HR: 64. Was able to sleep in this morning for about 7.5 hours. Last night went later than planned, and a couple of more drinks than planned. Need to be more disciplined. Glad that the Vaughns are doing well though.

Rolled out of bed and hit the road for my long run, numerous burps and farts made me worried that I might have to make a pit stop along the way, weather was perfect though, tried to stick to soft surfaces as much as possible, quick leak in the woods off Shaker, thought I was going to make it back without any problems until nature called at the lower lake, saw Steel and then ducked into the woods to do my business, decent and relaxing run, stretch, crunches, butt exercises.
