After missing last week, it was nice to get back in the pool. Really steady and strong swim, felt good. One bathroom break in the middle was kinda annoying. Swam for 40 min then did 5 min of VO2 in the shallow end. During the swim, my leg was not sore at all, and afterward, it wasnt too bad. I am really surprised, considering I ran far yesterday. Chea! Did hips that I could, abs and stretch after. Also, props to Corey and David for swimming on the off day. Its good exercise.
