Fartlek on NOrth Park toady. Didn't feel too bad. My legs were kinda sore but otherwise felt fine. It was 4x4min, 6x1min, and 10x30sec. SO basically the 4min intervals were the hard part and everything else was window dressing. Ran as a lead pack pretty much the whole time. Paul Curtis and Aaron Lin ran real well toady. Props to them.
