HR - AVG 140 (WOW)
with collin - did not want to repeat previous years where a bad run like Saturday's stopped the normal routine (for days and even weeks). We got out even though we still were drained from Sat's dehydration and heat exhaustion and ran at a slow recovery pace. We should be fine by Wed for out Tempo run.
