Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I forgot my bike shoes today, so I "had to" run. The first 2 minutes:

(Big smile): "I'm watching my cholesterol!"

minute 3-finish (horrified): "I've made a TERRIBLE MISTAKE!"

Legs felt TERRIBLE: calves, especially. Like legitimately strained. Stopped to stretch at 3min, then again at 7, 14 and the end. Bad news. Felt good to "move" but otherwise ROUGH.
