Weather: warm, nice
Comments:
a lot flatter, one small hill that kicked my ass. ran the first 8 with the young kenyans, hard headed bunch of guys. went sub 7 minute miles for my first 8. took my time with the other 10. hip bothered me a little bit at the first but was ok for the rest.
