4*1000 goal 3:15-3:20 1min jog, 3*800 goal 2:23-2:30 2min jog, 8*200 quick 200jog. splits 3:26, 3:20, 3:19, 3:23, 2:23, 2:18, 2:12, :29-:31.
no cooldown because my legs were locking up. stretch, pushups, abs, 15 minute ice-bath.

the 1000s took some effort because the baseball field's warning track was like running on a sponge. the effort was equivalent to the 3:05s we were running for the 8*1000 last week. the first 2 800s were comfortable then I opened it up to try and reel in CKell. the 200s I slowly faded because the 1000s and 800s finally caught up to me. not too happy but whatever.
