4x1000 Tempo 3:26,3:24,3:25,3:27 (NOTE: We did these on the baseball warning track and slipped on every footstrike so the times are very slow)

8x200 fast, 200 jog 31-33s

I was a mental wreck coming into this from the stress of the fuel cell lab. My stomach was killing me and both my knees hurt. The 1000s were pretty bad, but I was pleasantly suprised by how well I did on the 800s, all while fighting not to poop my pants. All in all, this seemed like it should have been a day to forget, but I hung in there and if this were pass/fail, I would have passed. That's about all I can really ask for sometimes.
