Well, was supposed to be a cruise mile workout but didn't end up that way. The first two were probably at accurate cruise mile pace, probably around 6:00 to 6:15 pace. The next three got really faster, probably around 5:35 to 5:50. Felt really bad today, both physically and mentally. Bad workout for me. Got to get things back on track.
