stretched, some ab routine*30

Wasn't feeling too hot at the beginning but turned out good. w/ W, Mark, Chris, Alex, Tim, Robert. amazing pack, finished 5 wide. W and I had Alex ride the chariot... oh yeah. pretty sure I'm in the best running shape of my life when looking at my tempo progression this season.
