5 mi tempo, goal 5:35-5:40; 5:31, 5:34, 5:29, 5:28, 5:30 - 27:33 (avg 5:30, 34:15 10k pace).
2 mi cd through campus & little italy
stretched, some ab routine*30
Wasn't feeling too hot at the beginning but turned out good. w/ W, Mark, Chris, Alex, Tim, Robert. amazing pack, finished 5 wide. W and I had Alex ride the chariot... oh yeah. pretty sure I'm in the best running shape of my life when looking at my tempo progression this season.
