Comments:
Ran with Jeff on my last pre-marathon tempo. Ran easy from work to the South/West side of the river, then started from a mile out. Wore the Mushas.
Felt VERY RELAXED. I checked my splits on this to make sure I was on target. EFFORTLESS 5:30-flats, x2! AWESOME!
Huge confidence boost. Felt great and I feel ready and FINALLY recovered from the bike ride! :s
