First hard workout- no duel meet this week

Weather: a little chilly

Comments:
i was rediculously sore this morning. my side hurt and so did my hamstrings and shoulders, along with everything else. i almost asked coach for a swim workout, but then i decided to do the real workout instead. i actually didnt feel aweful when i started going. my arms felt really light and i felt pretty smooth. the 1200s felt amazing and didnt really hurt. i could feel the lactic acid in my legs, but everything seemed fairly easy compared to yesterday and the all-out monday last week. im glad i did the workout. i took an ice bath after practice. tomorrow i want to take really easy though. (i was supposed to hit 37, 1:15, 2:42, and 4:25s. )
