My legs have been dead since sunday. Didnt feel good warming up, felt even worse during the race. Just extremely sluggish, lethargic, slow whatever you wanna call it. Idk what I'm doing wrong or what but its really pissing me off. My legs were on fire by the start of laferdies, bullshit. I came across the line not even breathing hard but yet my legs collapsed, its so stupid. Im not sure if Im not cooling down the right way or recovering the right way or what but Im pretty sure this "feeling" has something to do with lactic acid build up. I mean seriously, I ran a second slower than what I did two weeks ago. Gotta fix it somehow, Im not racing anywhere near my full potential due to this shit.
