Weather: A little chill in the air... the leaves are turning ITS FALL

Comments:
I decided to take as much sleep as I wanted so I got up later and worked out after class and lunch today. Ended up going out with Bobby and Austin for an easy 5 and then another 3 with Austin and Flika and a final 2 barefoot around Van Horn with Filka. Felt pretty good. We went faster than I have been but I didn't really notice. Legs are kinda tired since I haven't moved fast in a long time. But its good. I'm pleased with where I'm at in terms of finishing speed. Certinly will serve me will at my current 8k distance. The barefoot run felt heavenly.
