Really tired today, didnt get alot of sleep last night and physically tired from the race obviously. So what do we do? Fuckin intervals. Gene said since its going to rain tomorrow we had to get them in today, whatever. Warmup, then did 2 laps of jog the curve sprint the straights, then another quarter, then the 4x100 relay thing, THEN the actual workout. We did 3 intervals starting at the corner of the track, up around the old scoreboad, then back to that corner. My legs were really hurtin throughout everything, overall a really hard day. Kinda nice to play team leader for a day though.
