Another 5 down and back on MLK. Heated before hand and felt kinda sore in the beginning, but definitively rolled into it. This has been happening a lot lately. It is taking me a while to warm up. Hopefully the compressions short will shorten this time. Felt fine by the end, finished up strong with Jeff, then did 4 striders. went down to the training room, and did everything. Felt good after that. Stretch and rolling up on the track, and then an intense Ice Bath (went up to my nips... FREEZE)
