Although we ran the same distance as last week's hard Monday workout and in about the same splits (if not faster this week), this workout felt easier. I like the intensity on, intensity off of this workout. It gives you mind a little break vs a straight-up 400M run. I felt great through 3 of these; the last one I had to dig for. This workout left me feeling fit and fast. And whoever was leading abs did a fantastic job too.
