Weather: Pretty nice day. Not really windy along the lake which was nice

So I went back and looked at this exact workout from last year. We did it the Monday before Oberlin. It looks like night and day. The paces were slightly faster this year and I felt so much better today than last year. Even though today I didn't feel that great about how I was feeling today. We worked fairly hard today. I was expecting a moderate type workout today. Looking back I don't exactly know why but I was. This was not it. I was able to hit the paces alright it was just harder than I was psycing my self up for. My legs are tired. I can feel it. My cardio was fine today just I could feel the muscles of my legs for the last two tempo sections. I've got 2 days though. I've just got to get my legs back under me and it'll be awsome. This meet will be the first and only time this season to measure myself against last year. Should be pretty easy to beat my old self.
Static 1, roll, pick 10 abs x40 and pushups with Blaire, ankle stuff, hip stuff (1 set), pullups and dips, ice bath (hopefully this will help my legs)
3 mile tempo (5:30), 3min, 2 mile tempo (5:20), 2min, 1 mile (5:10)
Splits: 16:22, 10:40, 5:05
RHR: 40
Slept: 7.5 hours
