Resting HR: 52. Sleep: 7.5 - 8 hours.
Missing a few guys but no Austin to run a quick warmup, talked about our awesome shirt for senior track, drills.

Split Tempo: 3 mi @ 5:30, 3 min recovery, 2 mi @ 5:20, 2 minute recovery, 1 mi @ 5:10, with the top group, went below pace for the first half of every interval, felt ok for these intervals, passed Tim with 1k to go on the last one but he eventually caught me, Coach Lanese and Barnes said that I was running like I did before the orthotics, which is slightly concerning because I didn't notice it, just got to focus on relaxing the shoulders more and keeping my chin down, splits: 16:22(5:24, 5:29, 5:29), 10:41(5:16, 5:25), 5:14.

With Carter, Phil, and Tim, Tim and Carter split off to do another mile through Little Italy, discussed Hoodrich's running/training style, stretch, 38 Eagle, 10 min ice bath.
