AU workout

workout was ok...my legs just felt like lead - dead weight...
the stress of the day and taking the psat in the morning definitely got to me by the time it was xc practice...it was too stressful to do the workout in a group, so i just did it on my own...(did the same thing, just didn't run in a group)...
we did 3xmile...lap (400m) recovery between...
since i didn't really feel like i was getting in a good work-out and actually getting a bit of speed out of my legs, i tagged along behind a group of boys that was doing a 600m (a lead up getting stronger and stronger until sprinting the last 100m)...this made my legs much happier.
