Weather: 40s and clear
Comments:
I love running. Tried to start out and keep an easy pace. Held at 9:30 through 7 then kept comfortable at about 9 through the end. Felt strong and easy throughout. Took Gel at 50 and 1:40. Drank the usual: 30oz water and 10oz Gatorade. On to the big run next weekend.
