As a warm-up, I ran the course. After a few striders, I started the workout. I again tried to run the 800's at 2:40 pace but I just didn't feel like I was getting a VO2 Max workout. I took 2:40 recover between each 800:

2:20? (I hit the split button on the last 200 which came out to 32 seconds. I knew I was on pace to run somewhere around 2:28 if I kept the same pace but I picked it up)
