Weather: windy and rainy and muddy and cold!

Comments:
i had stroganoff last night. this morning i had a spinach egg and cheese sandwich. for i had a big lunch and lots of water, but stopped eating about3 and a half hours before the race. i really wanted to pr and do really well today, and i had my game face on, but then it was freezing and cold and windy, plus ithacas A team was not there, so it made the race sorta boring. i stayed behind zack and noah most of the race, then went and passed noah and zack, then zack passed me back at the end. i think my time was 7:14. austin beat me today, which is good for him cause he was up with tim. im not happpy or sad with my race, its was fine. in the beginning i hit my shoulder really hard on a pole, then later hyperextended my knee while slipping, then i slipped and fell with about 700m to go. my kick was not as strong as usual because i could not get much footing to use in order to go fast. i came in 14th place and got a t-shirt plus our team won and got a trophy.
