Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in, went to wegmans, and then chilled out before running later in the day. Nice to go back to the old stomping grounds... Didnt really have the chance to run them this summer. Drove down to the Cornell Track, ran out to the plantations, over kissing bridge, out to freese road through the fields, and back. The fall weather was amazing. Running here is so nice... Got back and drove home quickly to do the hips and back stuff that I could do. Stretched really well and then did abs.
Watched the Matrix before I left and then Matrix reloaded when I was stretching. I was thinking how cool it would be to have Morpheus as a coach. He has some pretty deep stuff..."sooner or later you're going to realize just as I did that there's a difference between knowing the path and walking the path"
Still looking ahead. I realized that exactly 2 months ago, I could barely do 3 miles with Chris Wade at camp with out having to stop. Now I can go 6 at a decent pace and only have a little bit of soreness and weakness. What could I do in another 2 months? 4 months?
