Comments:
race day, weather was better than I expected.

foot felt ok?
got my stuff went down to the registration, eating some life cereal.

registered fine, warmed up 1000m, dynamic stretches.
went got flats on, did some strides, not many drills though.

felt ok at the start.

Nobody took the race out, I was leading. hit the hill in a big pack. felt good on the hill, now know that because of the slow pace...
tried to move up on the hill and sat there.

good position at the top, 4th or so. really windy the whole way up and at the top, tried to draft at the top, (on the hill i was a little boxed)

gave up drafting when i wasn't going fast enough, opened it up on the down hill and tried to press to the 2 mile turn around.

at the two mile put a move on amir, and the old guy caught up to me and made a big push.

tried to go with him but he gapped me a lot, tried to go again with 800 to go.

had a good kick, happy about that, was really angry the last stretch.

Puked right after the finish, legs felt ok after though, (day after I feel great).

iced foot right after race, put on clothes, jogged stretched ate a little.

was really just pissed off... have to see how some of the longer stuff goes.
