Weather: Pretty warm run around the burg

Comments:
Ran after sleeping forever. Felt okay. My legs are definitly tired. I actually ran longer than I wanted to for this run. Its good though. I thought over the race. We definitly can beat Albion and Wabash at regionals. From looking at the results its really close and I feel that if we target them we can definitly take them down. Pretty good run overall.
Slept: 12 hours!!!
