workout day, walk to starting spot on inner loop, jog up poplar than back to starting spot.
stretch drills flats
the usual
wanted to start off a little slower than normal.
loop of 2k repeats, up the inner loop by the rac and back down

was happy with the first 3, went out a little too fast on 4, but finished ok. really winded though.
foot really hurt after 4, so i didnt do the 6th.
happy with it over all.
