Long Run on Trails

Comments:
I went to Swine Creek reservation, a park about 10 minutes away, for my long run. I was able to stay on trails and class for about 3/4 of the run. It was a nice change of scenery and was nice to be on trails and off of the roads. Abs and hips once back.
