Weather: marvelously cool; 60 F and DARK!!!
Comments:
So I ran my three mile route and felt like I was flying!!! It was great! And when I got back to my dorm, I checked my watch, and saw that I had run it almost as fast as I ran my [fastest ever] tempo yesterday!!! Improvement in stamina and form, or just a side effect of new shoes??? I guess tomorrow's workout will show...
