Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
bad race. too much pressure. kept things fairly under control for the first mile (ish). after that, i could only keep my legs fairly under control - enough to keep a steady pace. my mind couldn't stay in it anymore. pretty disappointed in myself. hope i at least helped the team.
all i kno is, this can't - i repeat - cannot be the last race i run before championships.
