Went down to practice in the afternoon. Didnt really feel like practice used too... Maybe because I didnt know half the kids. Ran with Owen and Steven on a giles. I cant remember any of the distances of our runs, and Owen convinced me that a giles was 5. It is definitely longer. I will just go shorter tomorrow because we want to thit the road anyways. Felt sore in the knee in the beginning, but really I was fine mid way through and all the way into the end. Did the hips and the back that I could do when I got back. Stretched on my own, because everyone left... Was getting cold so no ice or abs.
