Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Kinda rainy and cloudy out. Typical fall weather. Just went around the block to do my easy run. It isnt 4 miles, but the hills make it feel a bit longer. Felt pretty good. Probably take tomorrow off and swim. I want to try and start swimming 3 days a week now. No hips or back when I got back, just to give them a rest because I am going to be sitting for the rest of the day. Good stretch, Ice and abs though.
