Ran with Erik and Jordan, went down to the end of the bike path at shit then came back and did the warmloop and repeated plus some other little loops. Not too bad, nice and slow. Little pickup towards the end though. I think we ran more but theres spots that you cant map out correctly on the usatf, so whatever. Just gonna leave it the way it is. Left tendon behind my knee is hurting again......I heard were doing Bermudas tomorrow. Shit.
