WU to NRV and a trial run of the tempo loop, drills, strides
Michigan, 200jog rest between everything; splits - 4:52, 5:30, 3:40, 5:20, 2:18?, 5:17, :62, X:XX
CD barefoot mile in NRV, back to Veale, stretch

This Michigan didn't seem to hard, but I had to drop out of the last tempo mile after about 200 meters because I dislocated my toe when I ran that :62 400. Barnes worked his magic and fixed it in a jiffy, which was pretty cool. whatever, this was a pretty good workout for not sleeping the night beforehand.
